When am I expected to pay for flowers?

When a wedding date is booked we charge a £200 deposit to keep the date free. This deposit is non-refundable as it is likely that we have had to turn away other wedding projects once we have booked yours.Outstanding balance is required 6 weeks prior to the wedding.

Can I add or cancel items after paying the deposit?

We don't mind if you cancel items as long as we are informed  6 weeks before the wedding and the remaining value meets our minimum order value. Adding items can normally be accommodated if you give us 2 weeks notice, however, if items require hiring containers from another suppliers, we will need 6 weeks.

We are planning from outside of the UK.  Can I book with you without meeting in person?

Absolutely.  We have dealt with lots of long distance clients who are based abroad and booked with us after swapping a few email conversations or a phone consultation.

What if I change my mind about the colours and style after paying the deposit?

We are happy to listen to your new ideas and alter the plan for you as long as this happens 6 weeks before your wedding. Please bear in mind that due to the changes, the cost may change too.

When do you deliver and install my wedding flowers?

We normally deliver and install the flowers on the morning of the wedding. For a mid day and afternoon wedding, we usually deliver and set up your flowers between 9:00am and 11:00am.

Would you keep me updated about my flowers?

Yes, we like to keep our customers informed and give them a stress-free time when it comes to wedding flowers with us.

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

The pretty blooms are yours to keep of course,  plus any containers/vases you purchased from us, but the rented items like urns or candelabras will be collected by us the following day from the venue where the flowers were installed.
